Saving $2.5M Annually with VR Training Tool

Led research for a pilot program testing VR safety training in the field. Interviewed workers and ran on-site testing to uncover both usability gaps and long-term potential, helping secure continued investment and improved safety outcomes.

Building Zerigo Health’s Patient-Facing App

Restructured the app’s architecture and built trust-focused features to support long-term treatment adherence. Led user interviews and usability testing, bridging medical complexity and patient needs into one clear, compassionate tool.
